How to Report a Security Incident

Purpose

To ensure timely reporting of potential security threats.

What to Report

  • Phishing emails

  • Malware alerts

  • Lost or stolen devices

  • Unauthorized access

  • Suspicious system behavior

How to Report

  1. Do not interact further with the suspicious content

  2. Capture details (email sender, time, screenshots if possible)

  3. Report immediately via:

    • IT Support Portal

    • Security email address

    • Direct IT contact (if urgent)
